朋友約咗食晚飯,佢哋想食潮洲菜,就揀咗之前我食過呢間,商場裡面,新派佈置。開餐前先飲杯功夫茶醒胃。海螺瘦肉雞猴頭菇湯好似屋企煲,料多夠味,唔肥膩,無味精。五香炸芋絲卷唔使點醬汁都已經覺好味,裡面嘅五香粉味同芋頭幾夾,有少少鹹,唔油膩。手打魚蛋津菜煲魚蛋幾彈牙,魚片只係口感唔同,鮮甜又唔腥;津白煮到吸咗 魚蛋嘅甜味,還有炸脆嘅小魚片!滷水鵝肉併盤墨魚彈牙;鵝片略為大件,切薄d 應該會更好;豆腐滑,五花腩夠腍,小肥。家鄉乳香骨即豬扒肉,帶南乳味,唔會炸得過硬,腍軟。豉油皇煎鯧魚塊用咗豉油煎嘅魚塊,要襯熱食,外皮煎到少少脆,魚肉夠大塊,嫩滑,唔會散開。杏汁蛋白芋泥上次已經食過,今晚第二次出擊,唔太甜,杏仁香,蛋白滑,芋泥綿。
