To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次食不到心中至愛的酥皮蛋撻，今日有空，醒起附近的金華，它最出名菠蘿包，但不知酥皮蛋撻又如何呢？想做就去做，立刻起程。末到到門口已看到很多人排隊，但全部都是買菠蘿包的，只有我一個買蛋撻。蛋撻 ～ 酥皮跟上次在新華時吃的一樣，也是層次不分明，咬下去不夠鬆化；可幸蛋漿香甜，嫩滑美味。實在有夠失望，怎麼層次分明的酥皮底這樣難找（只在記憶中），看來要繼續我的尋覓之旅了！
