今日朋友想靜靜地食餐飯,我就介紹咗佢去黑門水產。之前食過尖沙咀嗰間覺得幾好,點知銅鑼灣門市咁大坐得咁舒服,而且種類選擇多更加多。北海道蜜柑鯛薄切刺身($238): 一碟大概有9塊左右,切得夠薄。之前有一隻三文魚食橙大嘅,魚身會有少少橙香味,但係呢一個係只係調味汁有少少蜜柑嘅味道,但係都要讚一讚佢哋用了新鮮,所以簡單點少少汁已經好好食啦。赤鬼海老天反卷($188): 佢嘅魚子同埋蟹子多到一個點!!! 食落去嘅時候口感好好,每咬一啖都會食到卜卜聲,而且真係食得出佢係新鮮嘅三文魚子,因為係難d咬得開嘅。如果鍾意孩子同埋三文魚子嘅,呢一碟千祈唔好錯過。海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒($128):尤記得之前喺尖沙咀店都食過呢一味,但係嗰陣就冇海膽嘅,今次試咗加埋海膽會有咩唔同呢,其實都差唔多,而且食到滿滿嘅蟹味,反而海膽味就唔係主角啦。鍾意蟹膏嘅呢一度絕對滿足到你😂鮪魚赤身拖羅蓉千本太卷($198): 卷入邊嘅拖內容同埋赤身完全係飯都包唔住,咁嘅價錢絕對食得過👍🏻黑門鰻魚玉子燒($98): 正正常常,鰻魚,如果再多少少就好啦。和風鮭魚果漬沙律($98): 記得上次食過佢哋嘅和牛沙律都覺得幾好因為佢哋嘅菜好新鮮

黑門鰻魚玉子燒($98): 正正常常,鰻魚,如果再多少少就好啦。


和風鮭魚果漬沙律($98): 記得上次食過佢哋嘅和牛沙律都覺得幾好因為佢哋嘅菜好新鮮,今次就叫咗呢一個三文魚沙律,同樣都係材料豐富,唔會欺場,雖然主打唔係沙律,但係都做得好好。


最後簡單嗌咗兩串串燒:燒雞腎($38)同埋雞髀肉大蔥卷($58)。


總結:自己對呢個品牌嘅出品都幾有信心,雖然價錢唔算大眾化,但係用了真係有返咁上下,雖然開返關,但係如果唔係成日去到日本嘅去呢度都唔錯,而且覺得銅鑼灣呢一度坐低真係幾舒服,同幾個朋友嚟飲下酒,去吓居酒屋都唔錯。
