To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢星期五都會hea d唔煮飯同老婆出街食因為落旺角買野，所以就順道去試新野去到餐廳門口大約7：30，裡面已經滿座，所以要等，而我地前面只有一pair人等緊因為用餐有限時，所以上場既人都開始埋單，等咗15分鐘就可以入座（不過我地等期間越來越多人）等既期間已經諗定食咩，所以一坐低就order兩個人食唔得太多野，所以我地叫咗個什錦牛肉同豬皮生菜 + 醬汁可refill泡菜蛋太多泡菜，亦都冇咩味前菜芽菜普通，泡菜麻麻，另外唔知咩菜冇味牛肉拼盤d牛肉冇肉味，唯獨塊M6和牛油脂比例高，好淋豬皮冇醃，一d味都冇，用醬汁補救返就OK其實好似個片菇同翠玉瓜最好食
