To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾個月無食過譚仔,咁岩要出元朗交電話費,當然要去滿足下啦~雖然係學生放lunch時間,但都未至於好滿座,所以都唔洗等位...初初以為譚仔無咩點變,點知一坐底,咦...個餐牌變左喎,再唔係以前既三角柱體,而係變左張過左膠既餐牌..@@叫完野食同朋友一路傾計一路周圍望咁等,望望下,見到有個呀姐推住架車仔,上面裝左好多一碗碗既米線咦...車仔?又一新玩意,以前只會見到d大力士呀姐一個人拎住3碗大大碗米線行出黎俾d客,而家竟然變左車仔仲有一樣新玩意,就係紅色大桶啦,而家d呀姐會拖住到紅色大桶出黎汁碗...真係夠晒方便,唔洗行幾十轉先汁晒咁多張桌...等左一陣,熱辣辣米線終於到啦,睇落個樣無咩變...首先梗係要試一試個湯先啦,味道同之前無咩分別,讚!然後我一定會食腐皮先,吸左d湯,食落口,完美但係當我去夾腩肉既時候,當堂呆左...呢塊係腩肉?定肥牛呀?咁...薄既...以前既腩肉係厚度岩岩好,半肥瘦,點解而家縮左水架?唉...失望,希望下次去唔會係咁啦...
