To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話唔快又再會🦆🦆,老實說要不是在家附近都未必咁快再食佢,一如既往要等上近1個小時先成功入座。今次就選了4款不同既菜式,分別係四川宮保雞丁,京醬爆里脊肉,無錫灌湯小籠包及金華火腿鮮菌炒飯,填鴨就不選了,反正上次已經吃過。感覺還是一般般🤷🏻‍♀️.率先登場既係無錫灌湯小籠包,小籠包幾實淨,粗魯一點都不會太易穿破,肉餡多,咬落有口感,但就唔夠juice吧。👀接住落既係四川宮保雞丁與金華火腿鮮菌炒飯同步進埸,抱歉既係宮保雞丁無影相😂😂但比想像中好,酸酸辣辣,食落果然好開胃,另外仲有好多腰果,最喜歡既腰果,加分加分,另一方面個金華火腿鮮菌炒飯有淡,味道一般,不值一提。最後京醬爆里脊肉,有d似泰國既生菜包食法,但就偏向中式化,不用生菜用薄麵粉皮,裏面既肉碎用京醬炒過味道亦比較濃烈,喜歡濃味既可以試試,推介👍比起上次食大路野,反而今次既菜式更好食,有時試新野都未嘗唔係好事呢。
