To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 八月食家又聚頭,詳情可另看「版頭故事」,這裡只寫個人對食物的評語。整體來說還不錯,起碼比同區的另一長龍食肆銖記好。呢度無咕嚕肉,只得士多啤梨生炒骨。是晚吃了兩次,可以肯定是比以前退步了,一來肉件以廋肉為主,可能恆常都要減肥的會適合,但如果是半肥廋的話口感會更佳。二來是有煮定的嫌疑,印象當然是差一點。士多啤梨在味道上似乎是沒有顯著的作用,因為是不大會吃得到那個味道。焗魚腸仍有水準,呢味野寧乾莫濕,寧實莫鬆,如果不是就會水汪汪,加上魚腸如果辟腥的功夫做得不好的話就會非常難食,呢度可以整到香口又不失魚腸的味道,是吃過的最平易近人的版本。糯米蒸蟹、炒鮮奶仍然好,做得不油膩又好味道,是必叫的菜色。其餘小菜如菜芯炒牛肉或扒西蘭花賣相與味道俱不錯。侍應人手足,服務不錯。一人一百左右,是物有所值的。
