太太是火鍋控,所以大部份時間都會安排火鍋給她吃,今晚又來到這裏了。金湯花膠瑤柱雞$188,很有金華火腿的香味,花膠和雞的份量都不算少,如果覺得味道有少少鹹,可以叫侍應加點清湯。桂花蚌$68,爽趣可口,非常新鮮,只需放在湯內一會,便可進食。滑牛肉$48,雖然份量不算多,不過切得很厚。蝦丸$52,可以吃到蝦丸內.的蝦肉,是自家製的,不是大量生產的。竹笙$56,吸收了湯底的鮮味,變得爽口鮮甜。油麥菜$25、萵筍$28,最近吃火鍋,都必定點多一點蔬菜,因為健康是最重要的。
