天氣涼咗,就想打邊爐星期六晚,17:00openrice 去book枱都有位嘅。不過到我哋開始食19:00到有客Walk in就已經full咗啦。價錢唔算貴,略嫌炒得唔夠惹味。調味嘅蔥菜辣椒麻都放得唔夠。叫咗手切肥牛,桂花蚌,松露墨魚滑呢三樣嘢都值得推介其他仲嗌咗,翡翠豆苗,鴨血,鵝腸,炸枝竹,同埋薯粉。普普通通。每一款配菜都有半份同埋一份揀個人覺得大細差唔多如果兩個人去食嘅話,可以揀半份先唔夠再加另外就係其實佢選擇算係幾多,特別嘅嘢都有。Good

昨日跟女朋友去完迪士尼後想吃雞煲,跟住周圍搵,最後睇到阿來雞煲比讚嘅人數都幾多就嚟咗試一試。一嚟到嘅時候因為可能係樓上店,雖然冇咩人,跟住就抱住試吓嘅心態試一下啦,本身覺得未必會好食,因為冇咩人。點知佢嘅雞煲10分正宗材料10分新鮮。雞新鮮肥美牛肉新鮮大件,湯底味道十足,仲有$48一支Hoegaarden 啤酒大支裝,平時七仔買一罐大罐的都要差唔多$50。整體而言靚酒靚食材,值得推介。平時好少食完嘢寫食評的,但係因為尋日真係一個人都冇覺得好唔抵,小店雖然喺25樓,但係好食嘅話不至於冇人去。希望你哋睇完依個食評去試一下

銅鑼灣鬧市都有火鍋專門店,風格以中國古代風為主題,環境感覺舒服湯底選擇胡椒豬肚雞,首先會端上胡椒豬肚湯,然後再加入半隻雞煮熟。湯底有大量鹹菜,而且豬肚也是,每一塊還很大很厚肉雞肉肉質就算一直煮也不會鞋,雞肉味重阿來牛肉卷用牛肉包著韭菜,只要把竹籤放進鍋裡一會兒就可以夾起來。牛肉味濃,加上韭菜的香味整個很juicy又香廣島蠔很大隻,非常鮮甜,不會很重海水味,肉質飽滿竹笙非常新鮮,又吸湯,口感爽脆四寶丸真的是手打,非常彈牙。豬肉丸很香,肥豬肉增加了油香;蝦丸很香;墨魚丸非常彈牙鯇魚片完全沒有骨,肉質嫩滑,口感爽脆還有很香的魚油味椒鹽魚皮非常抵食,超大一盤。魚皮的魚香味重卻又不腥,每一塊都大大一片不會很碎,完全不會油膩

呢個阿來牛肉卷係《阿來客棧》的招牌菜,當然要試下。一份有兩串,每串有三卷,即係有六卷。牛肉卷就係雪花肥牛入邊包住芫荽同芹菜,本身熊妹唔係好好芫荽🌿,但係雪花肥牛同芫荽嘅組合又唔錯喎!牛肉肥牛好夠牛味,出奇地蓋過咗芫荽的重味,加埋芹菜嘅爽口,呢個阿來牛肉卷真係幾特別喎!
