今日同屋企人黎食飯,慶祝表弟生日。我就揀左呢間我食過覺得好好味既日本餐廳,叫天草漁場!因為呢度可以食到天草當地既新鮮海鮮,好多地方都食唔到架!為表隆重其視,我一早已經訂好位。叫左好多款dishes,當中有幾款我特別中意,值得推薦比大家!第一款就係呢款鵝肝雞翼,天草大王雞翼入面釀左鵝肝,再以燒既方法去烹調,令到雞翼外脆內軟,保持住肉汁,特別好食。第二款係我表弟大讚既喜之次。師父用鹽焗既方法,再以昆布包住喜之次再去焗。昆布香不斷滲入喜之次中,第一次以焗既方法去食喜之次,一般都係用黎燒,咁樣反而食到喜之次本身既魚香,好嫩滑!!!又有得玩又有得食!
