To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日去左稻香食羊腩煲,出付意料咁好食,所以打算留CHUK多次稻香啦。但今次就冇食羊腩煲啦,轉左食佢地既小菜套餐。呢個套餐價值HKD$300幾,首先有半隻雞,雞既肉質唔係好得,都算係「鞋」口,而且調味應該都唔夠,食落好大陣「雞氣味」,上菜時既溫度只可以用微暖黎形容。再有個芝士龍蝦伊麵,芝士個汁都算係稀但又未去到水汪汪,味道就OK啦都算夠味,因為個套餐價錢唔高,所以就冇預期過龍蝦份量會多,所以龍蝦份量算係我可以接受。兩個餸,加埋個伊麵,飽肚量就一定合格。
