今日又到紅磚屋K&K餐廳一遊店員介紹了幾款新菜式給我們嘗試果然又有驚喜~英式炸魚薯條看似平平無奇原來炸漿用上啤酒調教,十分香脆,而魚柳也是用上較有魚味的青衣柳不會像龍利柳般得個滑字而雞肉蘑菇意粉也做得相當出色忌廉汁香濃而不會太重奶味,雞肉也煮得嫩滑肉醬意粉是用上新鮮豬肉和牛肉熬制醬汁充滿香濃肉味,蕃茄的酸甜度也剛剛好今餐相當滿意,廚師把平凡的食物發揮的淋漓盡致,十分抵讚
