因為疫情,很久沒有幫襯大使餐館,年尾清假,相約舊同事再次光顧,老闆推介了三個餸給我們,椒鹽九肚魚,酥炸台山蠔,油浸筍殼魚,另外我哋揀咗淮山杞子螺頭瘦肉燉湯,薑汁炒芥蘭,欖角豬扒。首先講吓椒鹽九肚魚和酥炸台山蠔,鬆脆脆而薄,唔會感覺得好似其他餐廳,食咗厚厚嘅麵粉,九肚魚和蠔,熱辣辣,味道啱啱好,筍殼魚,外脆內軟,炸得魚肉唔會乾身,好嫩滑,燉湯,味道適中唔會過鹹,上枱仍然熱騰騰,薑汁芥蘭,芥蘭好甜好嫩,餐廳應該選擇食材時,有花心思選擇,最後欖角豬扒,味道可以,不過唔夠欖角味,有待餐廳改善,疫情後,餐廳環境感覺更加乾淨闊落,食物更勝從前,呢度唔限時,是朋友聚餐一個非常好嘅選擇地方,值得推介👍
