這間以楓葉為主題的日系咖啡店,我巳嚟過好幾次,不過次次都係下午茶時段嚟,都係食蛋糕和飲咖啡,今次就午飯時間嚟食埋個鹹食啦~櫻花蝦豆乳擔擔湯烏冬 (HK$88).嘩!好多櫻花蝦呀😍.烏冬份量都幾多下,口感軟腍帶有些少煙韌.見到湯底係奶白色帶有一些紅色,是辣醬油嗎?(uh oh 😥),飲咗一啖,豆乳味濃郁,只係微微辣😌,辣是應該來自碗裡擔擔肉碎啦~.碗裡有多件豆腐,豆味香濃口感絲滑班蘭咖央椰子戚風蛋糕 (HK$58).店員無介紹錯,一個蛋糕有6層美味呀.3層戚風蛋糕,軟綿綿的,滿滿班蘭的味道.中間2層鮮忌廉,輕型,和班蘭蛋糕好夾.頂層鋪滿椰絲,豐富了蛋糕嘅口感黑糖桂花拿鐵 (HK$53/cold).平時我會叫熱飲的,因為有靚靚拉花,不過大熱天氣,不能不點凍的,凍飲賣相也好靚,有層次和杯面都鋪了些桂花.影完就攪勻佢先飲,爽、正
