To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上年又係呢個時候第一次幫襯,今年再嚟因為又有老友遠走它鄉啦。 年紀大,身邊朋友至話移居海外,真係好唔捨得㗎,唯有用食物既味道,可以令朋友記著呢個時刻。冇嚟一年,食物質素一如以往既保持,味道就更加唔駛講,每一道都可以令你食指大動㗎。先嚟羊肚菌蟲草花燉螺頭雞湯暖暖肚, 炆鮑魚稔到冇牙都可以食到😋,加埋鵝掌同冬菇,絕配。 豉椒帶子好爽脆, 煎虎蝦大大隻連個売都脆卜卜。咕嚕肉招牌菜仍然係水準,最驚喜係芝士焗龍蝦,個芝士混入左南瓜,濃郁芝士味但食落口又唔會好膩,真係very very 👌。 加埋其他大蟹,班腩,上湯浸菜真係又再飽到頂住個肚。最後食埋水果同桂花糕清清味蕾, 成件事好完滿🥺。 亦都希望老友記,迎接美好新生活,日日有口福。❤️
