To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃完午餐, 跟朋友們的聚會當然不是到此為止, 在軍火庫走回商場, 這裡是必經之路, 不如就來點甜吧.上次來的時候只吃了一件蛋糕, 這次人多了, 也有進步, 吃到兩件, 哈哈! 另外, 也要了件朋友們推介的Croissant.Croissant $15: 8分, 雖然不是即焗的, 但店方也幫我們加熱, 熱辣辣的牛角包, 牛油香足, 夠鬆化, 吃得滿足. 如果新鮮出爐的時候更應該是不能錯過的項目.New York - Italian Style Cheesecake $48: 8分, 是幾濃烈的芝士蛋糕, 用上了Ricotta cheese, 不過加入了檸檬及橙皮, 稍稍減輕了那份濃烈的味道, 而質感不會太實, 對辦的.Tiramisu Mascarpone Cream with Italian Biscuits $48: 8分, 用上了店方的招牌espresso, 相當濃郁, mascarpone芝士香也足, 也算做得幾有層次.店員相當友善, 價位也是合理的. 這家店子, 還是值得推介的. 吃完蛋糕, 不如行一行山?
