之前去過幾次,今次dinner實在出色所以又出post記錄一下同朋友叫左個大角咀店獨家兩款signature, 冬蔭功海鮮闊條麵同惹味啤酒全雞前者有4隻大蝦,蝦肉結實爽彈。闊條麵唔會太腍,個sauce 調味剛好,擠左d lime sauce 加上香茅清香,幾fresh. 個人覺得如果可以加點辣度就更好啦後者想試好耐,上菜時視覺上堅震撼。全雞連埋個雞頭,燒得金黃金黃緩緩淌油。同時會上埋膠手套剪刀等方便食用,我地先切左雞翼雞脾部位。 入口個雞肉真係好juicy, 每舊都富肉汁,口感軟嫩。最impressive 係唔單止雞脾位,佢連雞胸部分都頗嫩,完全唔會乾鞋。而香料亦醃得十分入味,有部分肉塗滿左香料食落會咸左d. 個d部位刮少d 調味食就剛好。而且肉份量超多,真係啖啖肉食到好飽肚另外叫左兩款小食 酥炸白飯魚配柚子醋同焦糖菠蘿蟹肉餅,兩款都係餐廳推薦菜式。白飯魚炸得香脆而無咩油膩感,每啖帶白飯魚獨有香味,加埋微酸清新柚子醋味道唔錯。而蟹餅真係超足料,厚厚一片切開可見絲絲蟹肉, 帶蟹鮮味. 下面係甜菠蘿加左層燒過糖,不過就唔太做到crispy 個層焦糖,反而係黏黏痴牙,一齊食甜味亦有點蓋過蟹味
