再訪荳子冰室~之前發現平日有set抵食好多,今次決定再食多次🫠幾surprise原來餐廳有keep住 update menu, 有幾個新菜式,今次set既湯同上次都唔同,幾有新鮮感👍🏻😆💛2人晚市小菜套餐 $188套餐包兩個小菜/飯/湯/甜品。燉湯set死左款式無得揀,兩碗唔同的,今次係蔘鬚紅棗燉雞同花菇圓肉燉唐排。蔘鬚紅棗燉雞幾重蔘味(我才疏學淺分唔到係太子蔘定係人蔘仔),用返個燉盅比例黎計都算幾大條,加左紅棗中和返苦味,唔算話太難入口。自己比較鍾意花菇圓肉燉唐排,花菇味好出,有兩舊,比想像中足料,味道唔錯。唯一略嫌真係太油,面嗰層全部都係油,飲到最底有見到d肉一部份都係肥油🥲小菜今次都係揀左中式牛柳(因為上次真係太出色)同新出既蒜蓉粉絲蒸鮮魷🤣但今次既中式牛柳過左少少火,食落肉質有d鞋,而且調味無上次咁酸咁開胃🥹蒜蓉粉絲蒸鮮魷份量好多,兩個人都食唔曬咁濟,望落好似好惹味但食落反而無咩味(不論係魷魚既鮮味同蒜蓉既香味都係),少少失望,下次會試其他小菜😿甜品都係d好傳統既款式:豆腐花/西米露/芒果布甸/冰菠蘿等等都可以揀~今次揀左豆腐花同西米露,前者上次介紹過今次唔重複啦;西米露就值得

今次揀左豆腐花同西米露,前者上次介紹過今次唔重複啦;西米露就值得講下,因為d西米少到以為自己飲緊椰汁湯,同西米略嫌煮得太耐,無咩口感,唔建議揀呢個😵‍💫

另外就係餐廳唔係好夠冷氣,越食越熱,怕熱既朋友可以揀近商場d位會舒服d😆
