To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 肉質飽滿,口感嫩滑,帶清新海水味,蠔味鮮甜仲要無腥味。

🐚黃金翡翠螺
肉質嫩滑彈牙,乾淨無沙,海水鮮味濃郁,唔會太鹹。

🦀蟹皇大元貝
味道有層次,先有元貝鮮甜味,再有蟹黃香味。元貝肉質鮮嫩,建議食嘅時候飲埋元貝嘅肉汁,完全係精華所在🤩

🥬有機蔬菜籃
食到差唔多,係時候食返啲新鮮蔬菜消滯。蔬菜籃分別有娃娃菜、生菜、粟米,非常鮮膩。

🥣粥底
食完蒸氣海鮮,最後當然要食集各種海鮮精華於一身嘅粥底啦😏粥底本身已經有海鮮鮮甜嘅味道,店員再加入粟米、排骨、芋頭粒、菜脯等,令鮮味同口感都得以提昇。

🦀罕有藻食綠膏蟹/野生膏仔蟹

🐟韓國釜山鰻魚
有別於日式蒲燒鰻魚做法,鰻魚只加左薑絲,無其他調味,原汁原味,魚香味濃郁,無腥味,魚皮彈牙、魚肉厚實有質感,加豉油更帶出鮮味。

🦞澳洲青年龍蝦
由於係深海生長,呢種龍蝦有獨特的口感同味道,肉質結實多汁。龍蝦膏特別鮮甜,份量亦多。

🐚台灣九孔鮑魚
普遍九孔比鮑魚細隻,但今次食呢隻九孔同南非鮑魚差唔多size🙂‍↕️質感較軟身、厚肉,非常有口感,味道清新。

🐚大西洋野生青口
體質偏大,質感較普遍青口軟滑得多,海水味道濃郁,所以店員都提醒我地唔使加豉油。
