帶朋友再訪這日本餐廳,晚飯時間,餐廳座無虛席,熱鬧鬧的,都為了想品嘗呢度嘅燒鳥Omakase 🔥 天氣熱熱地,坐低先來杯cocktail 🍸或highball 🥃,放鬆心情😮‍💨前菜小食有5款,分不同時間上,有阿根廷赤蝦刺身、雞肝醬多士、枝豆、博多屋豆腐、雞胸沙律師傅精心挑選💞14 款串燒燒物,當中仲有好多刁鑽部位🤩,包括雞冠、雞頸肉、雞食道、雞翼、甜椒雞肉串(小腿肉)、雞菲力、雞心、雞腎、雞軟骨扒、雞橫隔膜。 餐廳選用☺️本地優質三黃雞,肉質較細嫩鮮美。必食雞食道,彎彎曲曲的,入口彈牙及咬感這横隔膜肉混連上雞皮,烤得油光閃閃,食落肉質更香滑除了雞,還有矜貴的牛舌芯,係牛舌中心的位置,外脆內嫩,多汁有嚼勁另外還有日本高知縣青椒仔、燒大葱、醬油漬鵪鶉蛋、及蝦頭豆腐麵豉湯至於主食,師傅為了讓客人可以品嘗多啲,主食會有雞白湯拉麵,及燒飯團🍙 花兩日熬製的雞白湯,濃郁香甜,配自家製拉麵。 燒飯團亦可以放入湯一齊食,吸收湯汁特別好味😋甜品就有自家製雞蛋布甸及柚子蜜雪芭
