今日encore 這家別緻的意日餐廳。午餐$168,有前菜、主食, 但主食選魚,要另加$70。Amuse bouche Fresh sashimi, apple, ponzu jelly刺身、王林蘋果、柚子醋啫喱刺身新鮮柔滑,加上酸酸甜甜的柚子醋啫喱,味道無咁單寡,幾清新。Akaebe, Fukuoka fig, prawn crisps 赤海蝦、福岡無花果、赤蝦餅這蝦餅真脆香,加上鮮美蝦肉,味道鮮甜,加埋無花果果甜,果香加上蝦肉,真可口!Kani miso, burrata, monaka 蟹膏、水牛芝士、最中餅這最中餅一如烕化,加上蟹膏,份量比較少,但味道濃厚。Amandai- miso mustard- ramen味噌芥末甘鯛這甘鯛魚真可口!魚皮魚鱗炸到脆香,加上香滑的魚肉,當中又有牛油香,配上味道香濃的味噌,真係好正!拉麵很素,唔係好腍,但用上魚湯,味道清而不寡。整體味道不錯,但份量比較少。
