我諗我已上左癮🤦🏼‍♀️ 食得飽嘅Omakase,每一碟都係精心之作💕用備長炭「辣」(炙り) 嘅魚生,嗰種香,食完真係唔想飲野住,好想嗰浸炭燒魚油味留喺我口耐啲!😶鮟鱇魚肝,平時都係一粒粒配少少柚子醋食,冇咁漏,今次係加左啲漬菜粒,再配埋店鋪自家製風乾脆米餅,鮟鱇魚肝嘅油潤軟糯+香香脆卜卜嘅米餅,兩種截然不同嘅口感衝擊,滿足!🤗當造原隻海胆,師傅教我同愛人,食左自己半隻,再交換食半隻,因為海胆其實隻隻都有唔同味道,即管試下,竟然真係好唔同!一隻係甜甜嘅重海鮮味,一隻係咸咸哋重海水味,但同樣食完仍有回甘,神奇!😲螢光魷魚毛蟹墨魚汁飯,同朋友傾緊計,冇留心聽師傅介紹,食落似risotto,軟硬適中,勁鮮味,三種海鮮味道互相配合亦互相抗衡,好似喺口裡面打交咁,我為左勸交,𡁻耐啲再慢慢吞哂佢,完美!🥰
