頭盤先是將新鮮牡丹蝦用醋略醃,再配香料及芫茜。「Top Deck」的海鮮一向弄得很好,上次我來就不停吃蟹腳啊!這次可惜我不太愛芫茜的調味,蝦肉甜美卻是不爭的事實。

牛肉內裡仍呈現令人歡樂的嫩粉紅,洋蔥煮成醬汁散發出天然的香甜,很出色!

最後的甜品是一個蠻特別的配搭,柑味棉花糖配爆炸糖及雪葩,未吃已聽到爆炸糖在「拍拍」聲作嚮,混合起來吃,又軟又脆又香甜。
