To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前黎食過一次嘅Chatterbox，今日終於有時間再訪，而今次梗係繼續食佢最出色嘅🐓文華海南雞飯🐔。招牌文華海南雞飯HK$138- 呢度海南雞飯真係相當出色，真係新加坡傳奇之海南雞飯，無骨海南雞飯真係雞件嫩滑，油飯相當夠味同好味，米粒粒粒分明，配以黑醬油，薑蓉，辣椒醬。不過我覺得就不點醬料了，咁先係最原汁原味嘅海南雞味道。仲有佢個雞湯，一份海南雞飯的重點就是在於雞湯，完全用鮮味去形容。星洲海鮮炒貴刁 HK$128- 呢度炒貴刁同外面坊間唔同，佢配以海鮮去主理，乾身同好夠味，非常惹味。📌Chatterbox Café (K11 Musea)梳士巴利道18號維港文化匯K11 Musea B1樓B110號舖
