To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 龍芋酥 $42
平常就愛吃芋頭糕、芋蝦這類點心,這個龍芋酥跟平常吃到的不一樣,外表炸得金黃脆口,咬開綿密帶芋香也毫不油膩,裡用以大量芋蓉包裹著煙鴨胸肉粒等餡料,口感豐富,愛吃炸物的朋友不能錯過啊

最近比較少喝湯水,店家有燉湯供應立即來喝一盅~ 這款淮山螺片燉竹絲雞燉湯夠滋補養生,淮山、螺片、豬肉、圓肉跟竹絲雞全都用料充足,味道濃郁且不含味精,很好喝!

燒汁肥牛腸粉 $54
記得上次到訪被店家的腸粉驚艷到,這次不吃特色腸粉而來點傳統的口味,說的就是我最喜歡的牛肉腸粉啊!不過店家主打新派點心又怎會是甘心平凡呢?所以這裡的牛肉腸粉都是有點不一樣,因為是用燒汁煮過的肥牛代表免治牛肉,味道會更濃郁更有咬口!腸粉依舊嫩滑好吃帶點米香,口感香滑軟糯,肥牛甜甜的吃起來又完全不一樣啊~

已經是二訪觀塘店了!食物質素仍然是保持著很高水平,實在欣賞店家願意堅持這種大膽創新的心思,將傳統懷舊跟潮流放到點心之中,取得平衡之餘又會令人留下深刻印象~ 最重要時點心夠熱茶也好喝,實在滿足想吃「一盅兩件」的慾望!雖然到訪當天是周五晚上,不過來光顧的客人還是有夠多,離座時已接近滿座了,證明店家的點心有質素也吸引大家來光顧呢~ 自己也很喜歡這裡的氛圍,色彩鮮明對比、滿有香港傳統特色的裝潢,令進餐的心情也變得開心愉快!其實還有不少款式的點心還未嘗試,留待下次再來體驗吧
