To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上一次已經食過,不過今次去食發覺味道同上次唔同左,所以又再寫一次!今次係食魚片米同埋一碟腐乳通菜,味道唔同左既係個湯底,無上次咁咸,感覺上好左好多,另外仲落多左好多蔥粒,所以成碗粉都清左好多,比較啱我既胃口!魚片幾爽口,辣椒油都仲係咁辣,好好味!至於腐乳通菜就ok,夜晚九點去食都仲係咁多人,果然有佢既fans,食魚旦粉呢間都算係幾有保証!
