To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再黎早餐

一日之計在於晨，有一個早上來呢度食早餐。所見都唔算多人，都係叫番普通既早餐，凍奶茶。薯餅煎蛋唔知點解，有時會黎左薯餅腸仔。不過薯餅就新鮮炸，算幾有心既。而煎蛋就唔會熟哂，會有小小蛋汁"必"出黎。當然，我會加一蚊食多士，好食過普通餐包多多聲。牛奶麥皮佢就無加煉奶，反而加左花奶。味道算幾滑，有種綿綿既感覺。凍奶茶好好飲，味道好正，茶味好濃。有下次既，不過都係一個月一次到啦。
