To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過呢間喺九龍酒店入面嘅日本中目黑居酒屋已經好鍾意!不論係食物質素同餐廳內嘅環境都同樣高質,所以今次又帶左個朋友一齊嚟食飯chill下,餐廳最近仲出咗「清新之選」菜單,點咗其中幾款嚟試.炸海藻即炸海藻外層炸漿輕薄炸起後唔會好油膩入口脆卜卜作為送酒小食相當合適蒜香八爪魚帶子沙律充滿日式風味嘅沙律沙律份量好豐富新鮮沙律菜配上鮮甜車厘茄沙律面上加入炸海藻旁邊有大大粒帶子及八爪魚八爪魚質感彈牙又唔會過韌兩者同樣鮮甜爐端野菜-萬願寺唐辛子唐辛子味道帶甘入口唔會帶苦澀感配上木魚絲增添鹹香感爐端野菜-蓮藕配松露鹽蓮藕燒得香口唔會過燶入口爽脆得黎內裏充滿水份爐端野菜-長芋質感爽脆內裏帶長芋綿滑嘅黏性健康又好味銀鱈魚西京燒銀鱈魚充滿魚油甘香油脂香而不膩肉質結實滑嫩味道香甜帶淡淡麵豉香燒飯團-明太子飯團燒得好脆口!外層飯粒充滿飯焦香香脆得黎帶點醬油甜味內裏明太子餡鹹香帶微微辛香感內裏飯粒仍然粒粒分明唔會軟爛和牛日式炒麵以鐵板盛上熱辣辣炒麵彈牙煙韌充分地吸入炒麵汁香氣配上大量蔬菜入口更爽口Draft sake上次一試就愛上嘅draft sake當然要encore味道清爽易入口米香及果香平衡
