與多年沒見的朋友聊天,當然找一間環境舒適寫意的食店, 一邊把酒言歡, 一邊品嚐美酒佳餚。這間位於銅鑼灣sogo隔離的樓上居酒屋,無論是店門面還是店內的裝修擺設都有日本的居酒屋風格。我跟朋友點了一份2人套餐及一支京姬一酌一景大吟釀, 慢慢品嚐。喝清酒,也很講究。配上一隻色彩花底的小杯,清酒色澤透明清澈,拆射出杯中的圖案。淺嚐一酌,清甜帶點花香,酒味不太濃,十分易入口。前菜是蟹肉芝麻凍菠菜。蟹肉鮮甜,菠菜第一次凍食,配以芝麻醬,口感清爽開胃。小食來一份燒鱈魚乾。鱈魚乾每一條都焗至脆口, 很濃的鱈魚味道, 配以蛋黃醬,口感味道更佳。海鮮刺身,當然少不了象拔蚌, 肉色潔白無暇, 每一片都爽口彈牙,肉味清甜,極為新鮮。味噌燒日本活帆立貝, 帆立貝手掌般的大, 多肉, 用黃油味噌燒,每一粒肉均燒至金黃色,鮮味濃郁,吃完後齒頰留香。燒完帆立貝燒龍蝦。味噌燒龍蝦, 龍蝦手臀般的長度, 十分厚肉, 燒至金黃色, 面層鋪滿黃油, 每一口蝦肉都爆汁, 極為味美。串燒有免治雞肉棒蛋汁,雞肉棒的表層燒至脆口的感覺,鎖住肉汁, 配以新鮮蛋汁, 使肉棒的口感更為綿滑。而露荀豬肉卷, 以豬肉包裏著露荀,燒豬肉本身有少
