To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 慶祝農曆新年， 親朋戚友聚集家中， 我選擇了大家樂的盆菜， 無他， 因為盆菜餸菜款式多， 適合一大群人熱熱鬧鬧進餐， 而且大家樂分店多， 很容易就可以找到一間領取。農曆新年期間， 大家樂 餐廳裏的一個角落分割了成為外賣專區， 所有外賣食品包括盆菜都在這裏領取。盆菜 主要分成兩部分， 用鐵兜裝著的包括 鴨腳， 魚蛋， 冬菇 ，蠔豉 ，蘿蔔 ，芋頭和福袋， 另外裝有一盤燒味茄汁蝦， 鮑魚， 和西蘭花。首先我把鐵兜裝著的那一盤盤菜在火爐上燒熱， 之後將另外一盤也放進去， 八個人一起圍著火爐吃盆菜， 津津有味。 食材雖然算不上新鮮， 但勝在 味道夠， 款式多， 送飯一流。
