一向都好迷戀日本小店嘅居酒屋,小店總係有好多驚喜,每日就會suggest 有咩新鮮嘅食材,有個廚師推介咁。話說廚神推薦食喜之次bb,坦白講我都係第一次試,點知佢燒完唔會好dry,皮少少焦香,但裡面魚肉仲仲好滑。燒花魚一夜干,一夜干做法好繁複,都好少餐廳食到,鹹鹹香香。螢魚魷魚沖漬,之前係沖繩食過,味道難忘。因為係沖漬,味道係偏鹹,所以食嘅時候一定要送飯或者酒,送酒食堅上癮。炸手羽即係炸雞翼,呢個勁脆勁香口
