Both snake soups had a strong scent and flavour of Chinese herbs, I do like its flavour, and it was getting more balanced and richer with crunchy chips and lemon leaves✨; the snake meat was a bit tough though. The duck liver sausage had a attractive winey scent and optimal toughness (I like tougher one~) Felt so full and warm afterwards 🥰🥵

呢個冬天終於有比較凍嘅時間，係時候食一食蛇羹暖一暖身。叫咗個皇牌蛇套餐～ 有五蛇羹、五蛇湯同單腸糯米飯 (叫咗膶腸～) 五蛇羹同湯嘅藥材都幾濃重，係我鍾意嘅口味～ 配上脆脆同埋檸檬葉平衡會變很好很開心✨蛇肉相當厚肉亦十分足料，雖然肉質有一點堅韌～ 膶腸有幾香嘅酒味亦實淨～ 係我喜歡嘅質感，食完感覺好飽肚又暖身🎃
