To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「小雪」已過天氣漸涼,朋友約去食去滋潤保暖的冬日美食,當然立即答應;地址即選在將軍澳「香港九龍東皇冠假日酒店」內的紫粵軒。酒店大堂已佈置了聖誕裝飾,很有「白色聖誕」的氣氛,令人眼前一亮,是一個很不錯的打咭點!餐廳裝潢以海洋為主題,除了大廳外,還有兩間半開放式房間及幾間VIP房,喜歡多一點私人空間的,可考慮一下;可惜當晚因房內有客,不便影相。首先上場的是「#焗釀鮮蟹蓋」,打開焗至金黃酥脆的麵包糠,餡料有超多洋蔥及鮮嫩的蟹肉,每一口也非常味美,絕對令人吃不停口。第二味是「#紐西蘭蜂蜜片皮鴨」,大廚在片皮鴨淋上紐西蘭蜂蜜蘋果醋水,經過6小時風乾後,再用1小時烤焗,形成皮脆肉嫩的效果,享用時再加入一些紐西蘭蜂蜜,食落更添一份酸甜蜜香,非常滋味。第三味是「#菊花五蛇羹」,湯頭香濃,食落啖啖蛇肉,配以切成絲狀的雞絲、冬菇、木耳、冬筍等食材,口感豐富味美;食用時配上菊花、檸檬葉及薄脆,滋味更好;據說蛇羹有明目清肝、活氣補血之功效,難怪食後渾身發熱,真是秋冬必吃之一。第四味是「#山東黑草羊腩煲」,黑草羊皮厚肉嫩,即使長時間炆煮,依然保持彈而不韌,膠質豐富,是羊腩煲不宜之選;再加清爽香甜嘅馬蹄,而腐竹吸

第四味是「#山東黑草羊腩煲」,黑草羊皮厚肉嫩,即使長時間炆煮,依然保持彈而不韌,膠質豐富,是羊腩煲不宜之選;再加清爽香甜嘅馬蹄,而腐竹吸收晒羊腩煲的湯汁及精華後,食落更加惹味。跟煲而來的生菜,已輕微灼熟,可淨食或加入煲中一起享用。

第六味是「#砂鍋三蝦煎陳村粉」,非常惹味的一道菜,三款蝦各有不同口感,確是不錯;可惜陳村粉一嚿嚿沒有攤開,未能完全吸收醬汁,做成中間粉粉的口感,而且味道偏淡,有點可惜。
