To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本星期冬瓜盅出場了,仲夏夜之美食!同樣是有外賣服務,包裝周到,但另一角度看,十分不環保,用很多塑膠。冬瓜盅質素保持,「厚肉」,多料,清甜。比得上酒樓的貨色。一年之中,此物與海鮮火鍋餐是夏冬兩絕。惜配搭十年如一日,都是西蘭花炒魚塊,燒味雙拼……。表面上是有7種選擇,其實很公式化,既無阿媽煮的家常風味,亦欠酒樓的師傅功架。如豉汁良瓜牛肉,很多主婦都煮得比此店好,不會太咸,並有良瓜清甘美味。菠蘿豬頸咕嚕肉較有鑊氣,色澤光鮮,熱烘烘,脆皮,令人開胃。去年獲我垂青的荷葉飯,今年大失水準,可能今年珠玉在前,吃了兩次又一居會所的佳餚吧。鮑汁比例太大,喧賓奪主,令飯太咸。雖有脆卜卜的櫻花蝦和蛋花做裝飾,映襯,仍覺得「膚色」太深。另一款更具歷史是鐵板餐,可選雪糕,派發雪糕卡待取,早年時覺得是夏日美食。在今日再嚐鐵板,兩款均形同嚼……。新西蘭牛扒不再吸引,肉味不濃郁,不鬆軟流脂,我早已被寵壞了。粟米不甜嫩,及不上kfc的。其他食材不值得一提。志在飲酥皮周打魚湯,重溫昔日的味道。當年在餐廳,多是飲周打魚湯,伴麵包以充饑。此白湯味道層次豐富,比一般紅白湯有特色。與冬瓜盅一樣,是綑綁式銷售。如可任選一餸菜,配此
