是日冬至,一家人食飯加餸,當然要斬料啦!一直都好想試位於大圍呢間「阿爺燒鵝餐室」,今日終於有機會啦!飛天頭抽雞:呢度只有半隻雞,但係估唔到望落都有成隻雞咁多啊,返到屋企時打開盒,真係滿分驚喜!頭抽雞嘅烹調時間得宜,肉嫩滑之餘皮又夠爽,相當入味,肥膏都唔算多。霹靂火燒腩:師傅將發泡膠盒一個切口,等燒腩可以疏氣,喺回家期間豬皮都仍然可以保持甘香可口。燒腩仔皮脆肉嫩,一層皮,一層肥肉一層瘦肉,食落去一啲都唔鞋身,帶有點點鹹香,仲有保留少少油香同埋豬香味,真係令人回味無窮。例湯:收銀阿姐話今日啲湯好好飲,係花生眉豆雞腳,話$15一碗好抵飲,叫我試喎,見佢咁有誠意,即管試吓啦!例湯非常足料,亦都無咩味精,都算唔錯。抗疫底下可以渡過一個難忘嘅冬至,真係好難得。
