還有個多星期便是冬至的日子,大大小小的家庭聚餐與派對開始接踵而來。是晚參與了第一輪冬至飯局,餐廳由家人選定,是享譽車軚人一星美譽的浙江軒。 浙江軒開業於僑阜商業大廈,佔用一至三樓。餐廳由浙江省同鄉會聯合會經營,紅色味道甚重,從廳房中的掛畫亦可了解一二。 是晚晚餐亦以一客六碟的浙江軒特色冷盤打頭陣,從多角度演繹上海浙江菜的傳統風味。 寧波脆鱔的要點落在「脆」一字,雖然鱔條烏黑的賣相不算吸引,但其甜脆食感確實做得出色,連不愛吃黑色食物的魚仔也嚷著要吃。 涼拌茄子製作平實,微辣泛軟的茄子就是這碟涼菜的全部,沒有花巧。 雞絲粉皮是筆者常點的小碟,主因是愛其胡麻醬的口味,小碟在醬汁這方面輕易拿取滿意分數。至於透薄的粉皮,比坊間常吃到的口感更彈牙實在,亦是加分點之一。唯一建議改善的地方是雞絲的份量,個人覺得不太足夠。鎮江肴肉出品水準平穏,未予太大驚喜。五香素雞的賣相實與真雞件難言相像,淡淡的豆香與軟腍的口感是菜式可取之處。醬香蘿蔔是經典醃漬小吃,除作前菜外,多用以配搭清淡粥品。一道成功的漬蘿蔔,最重要是能帶出一份爽脆口感。從「嗦嗦」聲的咀嚼聲,已可足證小吃的成功。一氣嚐遍特色六小碟後,
