今晚同家人提早食冬至飯,到土瓜灣囍慶開餐,我對這酒家沒有什麼期望。 大沙巴龍躉:魚熟的程度剛好,魚肉滑。燒鵝皇(半隻):一般燒鵝味道,普通。鮮竹泡菜苗:正常味道。化皮燒腩仔:夠化皮,肉不太鹹。乳香藕片黑豚爽肉:好香南乳味,黑豚肉爽。菠蘿咕嚕肉:咕嚕肉唔乾,甜酸度適中。拍蒜生炒菜心遠:菜青綠及爽,好味。薑汁芥蘭:薑汁味少,但芥蘭好爽,不錯。因要早走,沒有食送的甜品(紅豆沙),老公說非常好味,我沒有食走寶。今晚的晚餐不差,對囍慶有所改觀。
