一年365日都鍾意打邊爐嘅我,又去咗一間想食好耐嘅火鍋店,今次入到嚟屯門蝴蝶邨嘅冬菇亭,入面有間出名食𡃁牛𡃁火鍋餐廳入面環境都算大,今次被安排坐卡位,一嚟就先啤啤佢,我揀咗招牌沙嗲湯底,湯底濃郁沙嗲夠味,另外點了碟芫荽,好新鮮翠綠到主角出場喇,係牛頸脊牛腩頭雙拼,牛頸脊脂肪分布均勻,識落軟熟嫩滑牛味都出,另一款牛腩頭入口夠鬆化,同埋餐牌有教到,只需拖水5-6就要食喇,咁樣先食到剛好粉嫩又好食𡃁牛肉
