耐不耐會同朋友去牛陣嘅我,今次竟然見到有期間限定湯底出,係冬蔭公湯底呀,係日式火鍋店真係好少遇到,既然係咁,就一於試下啦。有別於平時嘅火鍋底,今次個湯底係要自己烹調嘅,一開始先放牛脂膏爆香,炒香之後再放海鮮和香料,然後倒入冬蔭公湯,整嘅時候已經聞到陣陣濃郁嘅香辣味。湯底本身係唔辣嘅,客人可以按個人喜好加泰式子彈椒,而我地加左大約三條,就調校到我地喜歡嘅口味。係湯底未被其他配料污染之前我地試左好幾啖,哇,真係同泰國餐廳食到嘅無咩分別架。係又悶又熱嘅夏天,黎一口又酸又辣嘅味道,一個字:正! 兩個字:「泰」正!。套餐除左配豚肉之外,仲可以無限追加澳洲上級長期牛穀飼牛同埋海鮮,任點象啤,凍飲同熱泰式香茅茶任飲, Haagen-daz雪榚任食 ,真係無得頂呀!澳洲上級長期牛穀飼牛質素算高,雪花紋紅白相間,脂肪分佈平均,淥一淥就食得,豚肉亦唔會好肥膩。海鮮方面有廣島蠔,帆立貝同埋蠔,樣樣都好新鮮,同冬蔭公湯底非常夾。自助區除左一般火鍋配料同多款蔬菜之外,仲有熟食,分別係泰式蝦片,薯格同紅咖喱。雖然晚市人流多,但係侍應refill嘅速度都相當快,好多時食物盤都係滿滿嘅。食飽火鍋之後輪到食女仕們嘅「主
