飲左第一啖湯,我已經瞪大咗隻眼👀,好好食(語速勁慢😂),再逼隔籬嗰位飲啖,同樣結果真係極讚,明明一個鐘之前先食完文記車仔麵,係一個唔係最餓情況底下,都可以有咁既反應,呢碗麵太出色啦🤧🤧係西九8/F美食廣場,本身想食第二間泰式肉碎飯,點知未開,然後又好想食冬陰功,望落呢間價錢比較平(其他都$5x)▪️豬頸肉冬陰金邊粉$48本身有芽菜(但我走芽菜),仲有金菇、蕃茄、西蘭花同芫荽個湯底係人生飲過最濃最夠酸辣嘅冬陰功湯,酸味行先,辣味有後勁,建議揀金邊粉食到最尾都唔會一pat,同埋我覺得粉麵類嘅澱粉質可以令個湯杰多少少豬頸肉冇諗過會有咁多!!仲要係燒到極焦香,香茅味好出,豬頸肉油脂比平時既偏重,但唔係一大舊肥膏嗰種呢個價錢食到呢個味道真係要講100次好好味ᵒ̴̶̷̥́ ᵒ̴̶̷̣̥̀

個湯底係人生飲過最濃最夠酸辣嘅冬陰功湯,酸味行先,辣味有後勁,建議揀金邊粉食到最尾都唔會一pat,同埋我覺得粉麵類嘅澱粉質可以令個湯杰多少少
