To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由中環周圍行真係好鬼熱，真係忍唔住要買返杯凍嘢飲解下暑。今次就去左天仁, 可能感覺問題, 上環分店無論環境，服務或等待時間都比其他地方好。上環店嘅員工親切得多，會微笑又會好鬼有耐性咁問你甜度又肯等你慢慢決定,就咁買個服務都開心, 上次飲左913蔘茶。唔錯既，因為蔘味好淡，我自己就幾鍾意, 太重蔘味既我就唔多喜歡。講返今次我揀左咩野飲先，唔記得今次係第幾次飲天仁,我就次次都想試下唔同既飲品。而今次我就揀左個半糖冰凍蜂蜜菊龍茶,好似好解暑咁。果然無揀錯，呢杯飲品有好香濃的菊花味，可能加埋配上烏龍茶，感覺上同出面既菊花唔同。加上呢杯不但解渴同解暑，仲係低卡嘅健康選擇，只有140個卡路里。連女士都可以飲埋一份。下次揀番三分糖就應該完美,因為我都認為甜左少少。雖然$23一杯菊花茶真係唔太抵，但真係比出面好飲同健康少少喇。
