To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時這間店連早餐都要等位。星期六因為一大早要來這附近工作,見這裏難得人少,就決定在這裏吃個早餐。可是原來這是個錯誤的決定。其實這裏環境很美感覺舒適。家姐很喜歡,經常提議來這裏,即使要等十幾分鐘也是。但我這人甚少有耐性,而且那兩次的早餐因為太多人都沒享受到那種舒適感。所以我不是這裏的Fans,有幾次都跟家姐唱反調要去第二間。好啦,心想今早一定可以明白到家姐為何這麼鐘情這裏,卻只換來一次的失望及我堅決的一句以後不再來。其實這裏不算便宜。但賣相吸引才先讓人覺得對得住這個價錢。我要了這個煎焗流心蛋餐。因為不吃茄汁豆所以走豆了。怎知吃第一口餐肉,冰凍的,火腿,又是冰凍的。不是因為某部份煮不熱,而是成塊都是冰冷!早上七點來,那天又比平時冷,心想吃個早餐暖暖胃好應付一會兒的工作,怎知大失所望。好吧,吃這個它極力說很讚的煎焗流心蛋應該是熱的吧。因為它明明寫著"用心製作"、"高溫香煎後焗",怎麼都應該是熱的。但是,我只能在流心蛋裏找到一絲微弱的溫度,就像垂死的人最後的一口氣,而它的身體一早已冰冷了!我只能說虛有其表。連最基本讓吃的人吃到熱的食物都做不到,我不覺得這裏有幾用心製作,就算它真的流心真的香煎,

我要了這個煎焗流心蛋餐。因為不吃茄汁豆所以走豆了。怎知吃第一口餐肉,冰凍的,火腿,又是冰凍的。不是因為某部份煮不熱,而是成塊都是冰冷!早上七點來,那天又比平時冷,心想吃個早餐暖暖胃好應付一會兒的工作,怎知大失所望。

好吧,吃這個它極力說很讚的煎焗流心蛋應該是熱的吧。因為它明明寫著"用心製作"、"高溫香煎後焗",怎麼都應該是熱的。但是,我只能在流心蛋裏找到一絲微弱的溫度,就像垂死的人最後的一口氣,而它的身體一早已冰冷了!我只能說虛有其表。連最基本讓吃的人吃到熱的食物都做不到,我不覺得這裏有幾用心製作,就算它真的流心真的香煎,它的好味已經降了級,我完全不會為意到。我忍不住問家姐,為何你會鍾意來這裏?她說喜歡吃它的多士。可是,連這個蒜香牛油多士都是凍的,而且一點都不香口和脆身,一咬就知放了很久。

來看家姐點的至營桂格燕麥片。燕麥片應該熱的吧,錯了,只能說暖,你不趕快吃掉它會瞬間變凍。而多士和流心蛋都是冰凍的。

我以為自己去了冰天雪地的荒野,或者其實我看漏了這裏推介凍食。不過前兩次我們來吃的是沙嗲牛肉通粉,當時是熱的。所以我不知道吃其他的全部都是凍!或許下次要來吃就只能吃沙嗲牛肉通粉了,不過我相信沒有這個機會。
