To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛好去左柴灣探朋友,佢帶我去商場來到一間好多人在排隊的冰室,就是這間麗香園冰室。韮黃叉燒炒滑蛋:韮黃配蛋一起炒香,蛋炒到好嫩滑,加上叉燒增添了多重的口感。沙薑雞:雞肉嫩滑無比,亦非常厚肉,雞味香濃,而加上沙薑汁令其更加美味。蜜桃中式牛柳:牛柳肉質嫩滑,有用上黑椒醃得入味,增添點點辣味,配上蜜桃,令原有的中式牛柳的酸甜味道上增添了一層香濃的蜜桃果香味。最後來杯蜂蜜爆珠的特飲消暑解渴,爆珠中的蜂蜜清甜美味,令整頓飯的油膩感頓時消減良多。
