依家冰室開到成行成市,與一般茶餐廳分別在食物選擇唔算多但勝在夠專門,這家「樓下冰室」就主打自家熬煮無味精番茄濃湯。唔好睇小呢間「樓下冰室」,其實早在荃灣已經打響名堂,無論咩鐘數都有好多人喺門口排隊。【蕃茄濃湯通粉】話明專門店,咁緊係一定要試佢地既招牌菜啦,由4個品種的新鮮番茄做成的番茄蓉,加入以雞骨、豬骨日日新鮮熬製的湯底,蕃茄湯好濃,多蕃茄粒,食落微酸,另外配有炒滑蛋,超級正呀。【下午茶瑞士汁雞髀配薯角】雞髀肉質勁嫩滑,瑞士汁好入味,唔太甜,另外,瑞士雞髀其實係可以叫店員斬件上,食起上黎就會方便好多。
