To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日出左灣仔，見到一間餐廳個名幾特別，叫✨軒尼斯冰廳✨ 於是入去坐低食d野先！餐廳既設計幾靚，枱與枱之間又唔會好迫，好多心思既位置，最岩鍾意打咭同係咁影相既我😍😍佢哋個地方都幾大，有2層！原本唔覺架，係突然間佢哋開始愈多客，聽到侍應叫客人上樓上先知道！我哋叫左一個主食、一個小食同沙律🍛夏威夷豬扒伴德國腸飯豬扒肉質一啲都唔會靭，雖然唔算厚身，但有2塊咁多，再加埋1條勁長既德國腸，所以算足料！！另外仲要提下佢啲白飯，粒粒分明，唔會過濕，好有口感😊😊仲送野飲/湯🥣🍞西多士西多香口，切開食落有驚喜！😚原來中間嘅花生醬仲有粒粒花生🤩好有口感，諗返都想再食🥗雜果沙律沙律新鮮，亦都冇出水現象，食落清甜!份量仲要好多

🍛夏威夷豬扒伴德國腸飯
豬扒肉質一啲都唔會靭，雖然唔算厚身，但有2塊咁多，再加埋1條勁長既德國腸，所以算足料！！另外仲要提下佢啲白飯，粒粒分明，唔會過濕，好有口感😊😊仲送野飲/湯🥣
