To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前幫襯過屋企附近間OPPA燒肉店(大埔),今日就一行四人黎旺角店踩場。呢排實在太熱,一坐低先叫野飲,以前飲過菠蘿冰,好鬼正,新鮮菠蘿整嘅沙冰,用一大個真菠蘿殼裝住,仲有一片片嘅菠蘿肉,我梗係大力推介啦。但我今日想試吓個芒果冰,可惜今日冇,只有菠蘿冰同西瓜冰。最後四個人都叫晒菠蘿冰,飲勝~一上枱就即刻飲幾啖先! 冇左個菠蘿殼,又冇左一片片嘅菠蘿肉,有啲失望。好大杯,飲落去仍然係新鮮菠蘿整嘅沙冰,好鮮甜,帶一粒粒嘅菠蘿果肉,食燒肉配沙冰,冰火嘅感覺,一個字 - 爽!爐邊蛋,按我指示一半放泡菜,一半齋蛋,一次可以試晒兩款口味。要重點一提,OPPA嘅燒烤板我覺得係咁多間燒烤店最好嘅。一整塊平板設計,非燒烤網,肉汁同油唔會漏入火爐裏面,由於傾斜擺放,所有油都會卸晒落去個盛油碟入面,容易清潔。最重要係佢嘅材質好好,無論燒乜都完全唔黐底,其他燒烤板同燒烤網好多要預先搽定油上去,一路燒仲一路要唧啲油上去,呢個板真係超正。野食就叫左個馬場洞套餐,呢個巨型匈牙利鵝肝,好厚,仲厚過我手掌。燒鵝肝最重要嘅秘訣係: 雪硬佢先!!! 因為鵝肝入面有好多油份,遇熱就溶,雪硬佢先燒就最好! 所以呢個一上枱就要第一時

澳洲和牛牛脷,好肥美。大埔店係切薄片的,呢度係厚切再切條。雖然冇薄片咁快熟,但口感反而更好。

有五款牛肉,其中呢個和牛拼盤,就有澳洲和牛五花、A4和牛三角肉、宮崎和牛上蓋肉眼。一大碟,望落都知唔錯。但店員冇詳細解釋係咩肉,媽呀,我地覺得好亂。都冇細分,狂風掃落葉咁就食鬼晒。

鹿兒島橡味黑豚,雖然咁厚,但燒到差唔多熟就剪開佢再燒多陣,咁就可以確保四邊都燒到,香口美味,肉質彈牙。

韓式炸雞,四件,一人一件。我嘅經驗,無論喺邊度食韓式炸雞都比美式炸雞出色,更嫩滑多汁。點解架呢? 味道唔算太辣,都算遷就返香港人口味。

銀鱈魚扒,厚肉,肉質結實,但有骨,要小心食。一般燒烤,魚肉係最難度高,但呢度個烤板太好用,點烤都完全唔黐底,烤魚肉都輕鬆冇難度。

呢度環境有啲擠迫,我地要同人共用一張大枱。而個餐四個人食都好飽,份量好足。最緊要係沙冰配烤肉,冰火二重奏先係好享受
