To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同呀女黎佐敦睇醫生，因為要等一個鐘先有得睇，所以決定等既期間搵間餐廳食下野。帶住呀女，一定要坐得舒服小小左搵右搵，比呢間麗都餐廳個大大招牌吸引住，二話不就入左去了。餐廳唔算好大間，但坐位亦都唔會太迫，坐落去都好舒服😌食物款類唔算話好多，但種類非常集中。例如有泡飯，或者十大皇牌美食，精算午餐等。我叫左特濃番茄肥牛泡飯。番茄味好香濃，而且好多肥。呢碗泡飯好足料，番茄、肥牛既份料都好多，仲有冬菇。我諗飯唔止有一碗，因為我食到飽都仲有成碗飯淨。碗泡飯入面亦都有好多薑絲，令到番茄味相對地無咁濃
