日本料理香港食得多,沖繩料理真係第一次食!今晚收工之後來到bookmark 已久既樂宴,是日不過星期四但入座冇耐已全場滿座;場內佈置十足十真正日本居酒屋,好有感覺呀!墨魚汁炒麵($82)麵口感很有彈性,墨汁味道特別,原本以為會係黑暗料理點知一試難忘;加埋油花多、入口即溶既沖繩豬肉,食落不油不膩又帶有甜味,有水準!鰻魚煮蛋($88) 鰻魚口感肥美厚實,蛋味濃郁,加埋味道香甜既和風醬汁,送飯一流韓國泡菜豬肉炒飯($78) 雖然唔係沖繩特色菜,不過食落酸酸辣辣幾開胃,味道不錯  汁燒沖繩雞軟骨肉餅($75) 肉餅入口鬆化而且爆多肉汁、肉質扎實香口,件件飽滿,仲食到粒粒雞軟骨,好有咬口,沾上蛋黃口感更加滑嘟嘟,昇華整體味道層次,推薦!甜品方面揀左全店最具特色既沖繩冬甩拼炸紅芋球($48)+ 海鹽雪糕($40) 雪糕口感柔滑,重奶香味;紅芋即紅蕃薯,炸得外脆內軟,蕃薯蓉清甜柔軟,感覺似食緊蕃薯版既煎堆
