原來呢間居酒屋已經開業近20年,一直深受居港的日本人喜愛,加上原來係日藉老闆,佢地堅持製作正宗的沖繩料理,會係沖繩每日直送食材到港,保證在港都可以吃到沖繩感覺。當日點左沖繩直送苦瓜炒豬肉,苦瓜亦都係沖繩既名物之一,帶有淡淡苦澀味,用黎配搭豬肉或雞蛋最美味。另外花生豆腐(Jimami Tofu)係當地非常地道既鄉土料理,同埋豆腐係製作既時候加左木薯粉既關係,豆腐食起黎好滑溜同時又有黏韌口感,好獨特!最後一定要食墨魚汁炒飯,都係必叫的,炒得好香好creamy,撈埋面頭既半熟煎蛋好開心,不過炒飯當日有少少失手,咸左少少。而芝士辣茄汁肉碎飯酸酸辣辣都好開胃。

除了得我歡心的沖繩雞大葉串燒梅子醬,墨汁帆立貝茶碗蒸 HK$65 亦是我個人的必吃推介!蒸蛋蛋質順滑稠密、富有墨汁香氣,更有著滿滿的海鮮鮮味,令人一試難忘!

我們吃得高與,三位六月之星,還收到 Shirley 媽的生日利是,真的感恩!唯「樂宴」用餐有時限,平日也須兩小時交檯,令我們未能盡興,這是唯一的不足!

疫情後第一次重來,沒以前爆滿,不過八點後還是不停有客人。裝修沒怎麼改變,缺了新鮮感,坐的很擠,沒有私隱度。後面那桌說話很大聲,笑的很鋪天蓋地,整個餐廳就聽他們聊天喧嘩。炸苦瓜,海葡萄那些還能保持,再加點的清酒煮蜆炸雞軟骨就不怎麼樣了。豬肉炒飯甜的誇張,不行。也許有期待,有些失落了。
