To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前返工必定一個星期有兩日喺稻香飲早茶,而家已經很少去了,今日lunch相約同事食午餐,剛裝修好冇耐,依家沖茶加水竟然係自助式,每張枱旁邊都有自助加水自己沖茶,按個制就可以,好新穎,我哋四個人都係以大路點心為主,點左蝦餃、燒賣、蘿蔔糕、鳳爪、鯪魚球、腸粉再加一個蟹膏蟹肉炒飯,上面再鋪一層蟹子,呢個炒飯的確有驚喜食落真係好香蟹膏味,加上蟹子的爽脆,很嘢味👍另外每人再加一隻椒鹽鮑魚仔,鮑魚彈牙唔會韌,略嫌比較鹹,其他點心就不過不失!
